We've lived here for 3 1/2 years now. It's very well run, both management and maintenance are very responsive. Quiet complex, units are well insulated from noise. Like the attached garage that comes with a 2 bedroom, the vaulted ceilings, keyless entry, private rear balcony and how well lit the complex is at night. Parking can occasionally be tight because some residents keep crap in the garage instead of their cars.

Pretty apartment, and great staff service: I’m a transplant from WAwho recently moved into Copperchase. It’s such a quiet community. All of my neighbors are great. It’s so easy to get assistance directly from the manager, who is always there. There’s no need to jump from one person to the next.
