We recently moved my daughter into an apartment here. The leasing agents, Alora and Savannah, are amazing, very responsive and helpful. The place is in a great location…central to everything in Homewood and the renovated apartments are spacious and well done. We’re very happy with all initial experiences here.

I relocated from PA to AL 3 years ago and have been grateful to call The Brookwood "home". In the last few months, so many outstanding upgrades have been completed: stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new double pane tilt in windows, new decks (railings), opening of the breezeways, new interior doors, painting and new floors in the hallways. This is a community that provides many functions for their tenants, food trucks and get togethers in the community room. The new office team (manager, leasing consultants) our so pleasant, welcoming, and so accommodating to the tenants. I cannot forget the salt water pool with grilling area. Absolutely perfect! I have had a few maintenance issues, however, they are taken care of within a day or two. If you are looking for an apartment complex that you can call "home", The Brookwood is where you need to be!

I have been a long time resident Here for around 10 years, it’s quiet, affordable, and peaceful residence with an abundance of amenities. Without a shred of doubt, The Community Managers and Leasing Specialists are both attentive and hard working. They go above and beyond to assist residents to the best of their ability while also hosting small communal events that help build stronger connections.
I have absolutely loved living at The Brookwood! The office staff is always happy to help, answer questions, and always seem so happy to see me when I walk through the door! They also have resident events, usually involving food- always a plus! Highly recommend!

This is a stunning property with a modern touch and the staff is incredible, hard working and doing everything in their power to take the best care possible of their residents.
I've now been living at The Brookwood for three months. I have to say overall the experience has been good. I have had some of the issues others have mentioned, however with some patience things do get fixed. Now everything I have asked for has been addressed and most recently service requests have been answered the same day! Between the location and overall nice remodel I would recommend living here.
