Kelly Highlands has such a great atmosphere! I took a tour of an apartment a couple weeks ago and it was a great experience. The staff was welcoming and so helpful by answering all of the questions I had. Zoe walked me through the entire application and waitlist process. She took the time to make sure I understood everything. The apartment was spacious and the complex as a whole was very well kept. Highly recommend!

The staff at the leasing office and the maintenance team are all very nice and friendly. It has been great to live in this community. Updated: Although I have moved out from Kelly due to personal reasons, I thoroughly enjoyed my two-year experience living at the complex. The property managers and maintenance staff were top-notch and are incredible people. I highly recommend the property to anyone moving to Columbia.
