Enter your new apartment home through the living room with steam cleaned lush carpeting and crisp, white walls. Your living room opens up to the dining room, creating a warm, connected feel. Our 1 bedroom apartments feature a spacious bedroom with a walk in closet. Our 2 bedroom apartments feature a spacious master bedroom with a large closet and a second bedroom with closet attached. Dishwashers and private balconies are available upon request and are each $25 additional monthly rent. Balcony apartments have large sliding glass doors that allow natural light to stream in through your living room area. I have been living at Broadway apartments for about a year and a half and so far have had a great experience. The property and buildings are kept clean and the staff have always been courteous. I have called to have a couple things worked on for maintenance and they are generally very prompt. They also do a great job with notifying residents over text and email about routine maintenance that is being done such as temporary shut offs of water. Also the community of residents I have found are quite friendly. I highly recommend considering this apartment complex!

I really love living here in Broadway Apartments. I have lived here now for almost 13 years. I love the location, being close to my work, grocery stores, the Columbia Mall, and other retail places. The bus stop is also very convenient, right outside the apartment complex. I also really love my balcony. Being on the top floor, I really like the covering over the balcony providing shade. The maintenance staff has always been very responsive and took care of repairs in a timely manner. The office staff has also been very helpful and friendly.
