I have been extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the updated rooms. The staff and maintenance at the Rise are awesome and are always helpful!

Best apartment complex in Columbia! The location is superb, with only a few minute walk to campus. Leasing office is super responsive, friendly, and helpful. Building is super safe and secure compared to a lot of different places in the area. I would definitely recommend!
