This 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment home features all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. This apartment includes a stove, dishwasher, central air/heat, washer/dryer in unit and an on-site pool. Utilities are through the City of Columbia and gas is through Ameren (heat only). Water and water heater gas are covered by a $30.00 monthly utility fee. Off-street parking is also provided. Pets are welcome, and require a $125 refundable deposit, $125 non-refundable fee and an additional $25/month pet rent (or $40 for two pets). The View is located in a great neighborhood and is within walking distance to trails, parks, shopping, and Fairview Elementary School. Lawn care and snow removal are provided by management. This is an upstairs unit. School Districts: Elementary: Fairview; Middle: West; High School: Hickman. This unit does not allow smoking. |
