I love the Fredrick building! I’m close to campus and the building itself is beautiful. The manager Carol has always done a great job assisting me with questions. She is very attentive to all her residents and she is the best property manager I’ve had!

Current resident of Frederick Niedermeyer, Jr. Easily the nicest place I’ve had the privilege to live! It is calm, quiet, and most importantly safe. This place has been properly maintained. Many of these old historic buildings downtown are death traps. This is the best example of restoration you can find in Columbia, and the location couldn’t be better. I love living in a building with both character and class!
