Currently a resident of Avondale Reserve and I can say the new property manager and Bianca have been excellent in my process of transitioning to a new unit communication and always will to help to resolve any issue.

I was truly impressed by the curb appeal of this property. Even though it’s an older community it is very well maintained! The office staff were very friendly when I walked in. I would recommend this property.
