Highlights include original oak hardwood flooring, crown molding, charming built-ins throughout, and a decorative fireplace (non-functional). This home offers an open and bright living room, spacious bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Both of the bedrooms are large in size with adequate closet space for storage. The resident is responsible for electricity, water/sewer, and all other utilities.
