The Woodlands is located in a quiet country setting just one mile off Niagara Falls Boulevard. Enjoy our hot lunch program four days a week in the Community Room or sign up for our bowling league. The building overlooks a beautiful man-made lake which has a walking path and hosts free concerts for our residents over the summer. The Woodlands offers non-smoking units, we accept small pets, on site manager, 24 hour maintenance and have an active Resident Activity calendar.
