I moved in just last week but I've been speaking with Heather, the new property manager, for the last few weeks. We got everything squared away regarding my application and lease within a day of emailing. The application process was simple and the studio unit, upon move-in, was very clean. The unit itself came with a full bed, stainless steel appliances, a huge bathroom and absolutely tons of storage. I'll be here for the next few months with my dog but I'm glad to say I've already acclimated well to my new apartment!

Was only in Buffalo for a year and so glad I decided to stay here. My apartment was so clean when I moved in. Heather is the best property manager I have ever met. All maintenance requests were taken care of immediately. She also quickly took care of any concerns I had.
