Best experience I’ve had in an apartment complex so far. The leasing consultants are the best and greatly enhance the resident experience! They also enhance my dog Addie’s experience (she constantly barks at me to take her downstairs to say hi!) Also major shout out to maintenance for being friendly and efficient. So happy to call this place my home!

Blown away by Michaela’s amazing customer service. @CortlandNODA please give her flowers because she is great representation for your brand. I also want to acknowledge Ricky for helping me last Saturday, friendly and knowledgeable! The apartment is beautiful. Location is convenient. It was easy taking the train to Whole Foods and not having to worry about traffic. Day 3 and I already love it here.

Best place I have ever lived. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. We moved because we were able to buy a house but if I had to ever rent again I would come back in a second. First, the facilities: the whole complex is extremely well kept. The hallways and carpets are cleaned weekly, landscape is well maintained and constantly refreshed, you will notice almost constant maintenance (which I feel is a good thing, everything thing still feels brand new), and amenities are regularly updated. The maintenance staff is extremely kind and professional and you will get to know them by name just because they are always walking around doing something. Two examples stand out (actually the only two because things rarely broke): our dryer stopped working, maintenance was there within a day and replaced the dryer immediately. We didn’t have to fuss with waiting for parts or anything. Secondly, our ac went out at 9:30pm on a Sunday in July. Maintenance was there within 30 minutes on a Sunday! Amenities are great, the pool gets great sun all day (don’t let that one review scare you lol) and is the right amount of fun without being like a crazy south end pool. The best thing about the complex is the staff. I think the hallmark of a good company is the quality of the staff they are able to keep. The staff maintains a consistent roster so You will really get to know them and will find that everyone is so nice and professional and genuinely helpful. We had an issue with a neighbor complaining about our dog and the complex dealt with the situation in a very fair and compassionate way. They even offered to dog sit while we were moving. I never felt like I was dealing with corporate villains, just professional, kind reasonable people. Big shout out to Ricky and Lauren. Ricky specifically helped me navigate my neighbor situation. She has such good energy and I always trusted her to be fair and reasonable. Can’t thank her enough. Safety: I felt very safe. I do think you need to be reasonable about safety practices, like not leaving anything in your car. There were a few car break ins but my car was never touched because I don’t leave anything in it. I don’t feel like this is a result of lax safety practice by the complex, just what happens with communal parking. The complex regular held community safety briefings and there is a resource officer who is on site most of the time. Community: lots of events held regularly. This complex gives out a lot of free food lol. Overall this complex seems to be filled with young professionals. My area never had an issue with late night loud music or excess partying or anything like that. There are few if any kids. Again the pool is relaxing and relatively calm. Pricing: I rented here for over 3 years so I don’t really know what it’s like out there but overall the quality of this community was worth every penny. Thanks for a great almost 4 years!!
