The tenant is responsible for electric and gas and the cost for water and sewer is included in the rent. The owner pays for the trash at the property. 2 cats are allowed with additional rent and deposit. Sorry no dogs allowed. Cats must be 1 year old or older. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records.
