We were looking for a spot to live near work and the holm building worked out perfectly for us! We were able to walk everywhere and the front office and maintenance were all so friendly. Also our dog absolutely loved being near Sellwood park and the water, he gives it 5 stars too.

Absolutely love living here. I never write reviews but I will for this place and to give the amazing management props. The neighborhood itself if fantastic with walking distance to anything you could need really. Grocery store, food carts aplenty, and a park right by the water. The management here (shout out to Tommi and Joe) are killing it and incredibly nice. Tommi has been accommodating and helpful with moving in and upgrading to a one bedroom here. She's also shows a lot of concern for her tenants and their happiness. I own a motorcycle and it is not the best to keep them outside for various reasons including weather wear and tear and potential thieves. To cut down on costs I decided to move my beauty outside but Tommi was having none of it and graciously offered me a place in the garage downstairs free of charge. The appliances here are also all very functional and modern without infringing too much on your own personal style. I've been living here for almost a year now and haven't had to call maintenance for anything other than locking myself out accidentally haha. In conclusion, 10/10.
