I have been a regular service provider for this building for almost 4 years. I work inside all the apartment buildings on or near campus as well. The staff at this building is the best in the area and the difference maker. Lia at the front desk is personable and kind every single time I come in the front door. You can find other luxury buildings but you can't always find friendly helpful staff. Keep it up Green on 4th!

I’ve been living contently here for several years now. Keairra, Lia, and Deana are super helpful and Ryan makes quick work of maintenance issues. My cat shares similar sentiments as the G4 team has helped her achieve fame and success by making her pet of the month earlier this year.
