This is a new and very upscale apartment complex. The place looks like a very nice upscale condo complex but all of the units here are rental apartments and not for sale as condo's. There is nothing inexpensive about this complex. The whole complex is designed to be smart and your smartphone can act as your entry key to all communal doors as well as your units door (if you want it setup that way). The units have generous sized rooms and top level built-in appliances which also have smart features. Stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen area and top of the line Samsung stainless steel smart refrigerators let everyone know that no expense was spared. The building had it's own gym and it's own Amazon lockers next to the mailboxes for the convenience of residents that have regular deliveries from Amazon. There is a beautiful pool area and rooftop cabanas with built-in barbeques. This is where the have and have not restrictions come into play though. While both rooftop areas are nice, one is obviously nicer than the other and that one is for use by the residents of the complexes penthouse units only. All other residents can use the other rooftop communal area which is still much nicer than other buildings offer so I guess you can't complain to much. The monthly rent is not cheap and it goes through the roof for the penthouses so that might be another example of have and have not because I can't imagine you have a whole lot of money left over from your monthly earnings after paying the rent on one of the penthouse's. You might have access to the nicer rooftop area but you probably don't have much money left in the bank. Even the regular units are expensive but if you can afford the high monthly rent, then this is living the life in the heart of WeHo.

If you don’t like to listen to your neighbors dogs barking non-stop at all hours of the day, avoid this place like plague.
