I consider myself a tough person to please, but I have been delighted by this property. After touring numerous apartments all over town, we decided upon Magnolia for the many positives it offers. The apartment unit features upgraded smart home offerings and beautiful finishes. While the building does not offer the typical pool and clubhouse amenities, the apartment units offer Sonos speakers, complimentary Bluetooth shower-head, a wine chiller, and numerous other offerings that outweigh my desire for a communal area. Because of the boutique feel, I’ve gotten to know of a few of my neighbors, and they’re all lovely and polite. With all the amenities and luxurious offerings, I firmly believe that Brianna is the biggest asset to this community. Brianna is an exceptional leasing consultant who is genuinely interested in the wellbeing of her residents. Time after time, she has delivered outstanding customer service and ensured that we are thoroughly cared for. I appreciate her willingness to assist me with all my requests, and continue to be impressed with her. Her professionalism along with her desire to create personal connections with the residents is the key behind the loyalty she is driving; and I commend her efforts. I’ve only spoken to the manager a few times, but he’s always been polite and wonderful. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at the Magnolia, and look forward to the rest of our lease term.

I ended up not leasing here, but still really enjoyed touring the property with Brianna! She was extremely helpful in answering my questions, genuinely wanted to help in any way possible, and was super personable. The apartments themselves have very quality finishes and some incredible views! Don't think you can go wrong with this community.
