I lived at Claremont for a year and really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic—super close to Fred Meyer, Laurelhurst Park and more. I loved that although everything is close by and accessible, the neighborhood itself is very quiet with low traffic. Another huge plus for me was ample free on-site and street parking. On-site laundry was convenient, though my only complaint is that it didn’t have a credit card option, and I appreciate that there is on-site storage as well. The main things I struggled with while living there were the low pressure in the bathroom and the small kitchen, but I still made do. The large windows let in tons of natural light, on both the east and west sides of the space, which was a huge drawing point for me. Overall, I definitely recommend these apartments.

My partner and I just moved into the Claremont; the process was smooth and the staff were very communicative. I have lived in 3 different apartments and this one gave us by far the warmest welcome. It's evident that Greenbridge really cares about their residents. The location is close to food carts, grocery stores, local shops, and nature. Overall the perfect package, and I am excited to call this our new home.
