Bayyinah is so helpful, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming! She made our experience touring, moving and getting situated in the building wonderful. We had some initial issues with our unit and as soon as we reached out to her she had them resolved. In addition to this, the building is gorgeous, clean and safe. The rooftop views are stunning you can see navy pier, and soldier field clearly. Unobstructed view of the water and Grant Park. There is also a fire pit and grill. Our unit feels modern and fits our clean aesthetic really well. The spacious, mirrored bathroom medicine cabinets, and curved shower rails are a plus! I'm 6'0 tall and I appreciate that the shower head is high enough that I will never ever worry about bumping my head on it. Kitchen has a nice big sink, no disposal. Nice soft-close cabinets. Stainless steel fridge, with an ice maker, crisper drawers, and plenty of storage for my roommate and I. Microwave looks new, it has all the features you would hope to see. I love the big windows and the blinds are neatly rolled up like a scroll at the top, no annoying cords. I just pull on a string and they come down as far as I'd like them to. The space feels really open and bright. The ceilings are SOO tall. At least 12 feet tall. Rooms are small ish but they have tons of extra storage space above the closets. Staff are all wonderful! Love this place!

I think the best thing in Chicago thus far has been our interaction with Bayyinah, the property manager at 820 S Michigan! She is such a phenomenal human being and honestly, she is the reason why we picked the property and would do it again too! The property in itself is beautiful and the staff - Jocelyn and others are super kind and friendly as well. The maintenance of the building is top notch and the view from the deck is surreal! A big shout out once again to Ms. Boss woman, Bayinnah! Thank you for showing us the property and helping us move in quickly.
