My experience here has been great. We live right near the ponds within walking distance and absolutely love it. Best location. We have been living here now for around 2 years. Maintenance has been great too. Always on top of things and respond very quickly no matter what the maintenance request has been. Prices are a little more than I expected but as the phrase goes you get what you pay for and I am definitely happy living here. I recommend the North Ponds community to anyone!

Great place to call home! The staff is wonderful, and the place is just nice and comfy (and reasonably priced, too). I had to move to the area for work, and living here made that a lot easier to do!
