(RLNE1865403) My husband and I live in a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath, 1147 square foot apartment at the Elms at Centreville http://centreville.elmsliving.com/ We have lived here 2 years and are sorry to have to leave. We purchased a home and will need to move. We are flexible to rent out our place beginning February 1st or March 1st through May. At the end of May you can decide if you are interested in continuing onto your own lease. We are looking for either male or female working professionals interested in subletting our apartment. Our rent is $1,484 which is significantly lower than the market rate of $1,750. Our utilities (cable/internet/water/electricity) run about $150/month. This past summer they replaced the air conditioning, heating, and siding of our apartment home so it is fresh and has great modern curb appeal! We have a washer and drying in the unit along with a fireplace and three large closets for storage. A very spacious covered outdoor porch is a great asset of the apartment which we use frequently due to the lovely breeze. The location is fantastic, right at the intersection of 28/29 and easy access to 66. I have found the maintenance team to be extremely prompt when dealing with various issues needing attention. The community is wonderful with many fun activities for residents, pool and fitness facilities. There is a plethora of parking right in front of the building; you never have to walk far and can have as many visitors as you would like without visitor passes, parking is awesome! It’s close to great dining and all the shopping you could want is close by (Walmart, Costco, Giant, etc.) Pets are welcome but will be an additional fee mandatory by the apartment complex.
