I have been a resident for a little over 2 years and enjoy my apartment very much. Aesthetically the kitchen and bathroom look modern (no brown standard cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom has tiles!) and there is plenty of storage in the kitchen and living room area. I was not happy to see an increase in rent this year, but there is nothing I can do about that. My neighbors are friendly and there have been few issues, the police were called out for noise and other disturbances in my building a few times over the two years. Although the gym and pool area are relatively small, they are well maintained and clean. I only wished the pool hours were extended during the summer, but this might be a staffing issue. Staff is friendly, one time there was an unathorized salesperson walking door to door, and after notifying the office they escorted the person off the premises. The elevator, hallways, and foyer are regularly cleaned, which is very nice to see. There used to be trash removal service, which was awesome due to the distance to the trash area and it being often overfilled, but this is no longer available. Moreover, there is no holding/receiving area for packages which results in theft and/or delivery delays. The porch is a good size and can easily fit a table and some chairs. Overall I am happy with my apartment, I think the issues such as noise is something that occurs with most apartment complexes, but luckily my floor is pretty quiet.
I am delighted to know that I officially a residence Rosemont Square apartments. The place is so beautiful and clean yet to know all the amenities that go along with being a resident, pool area, gym, and laundry, what better place to live… the management team and office accommodating to your move and answered questions in a timely manner, and did everything possible to make it official with the upmost respect!! Thank you Rosemont Square management team.

Great tour, friendly staff. The apartment shown was clean and spacious with plenty of storage. It is priced reasonably considering the amenities offered and the beautiful community it provides. Definitely considering this for our next place.

A friend recommended this complex to me so I called to inquire about an apartment and the process. Osa answered the phone promptly was extremely polite and knowledgeable, I love a company with great customer service
I have had an amazing experience living at Rosemont Square. I have been a resident for 5 years and don't plan on moving any time soon. The Management Team is kind, considerate, and compassionate. Josh (Mgr) goes above and beyond expectations. Tyler is simply amazing!! I absolutely adore her. She's extremely organized, and always willing to help. Kay is great too. They are a wonderful team, and they work well together. They handle residents with care, respect, and dignity. I couldn't have asked for a better community to live in.

I toured Rosemont Square Apartments. I'm not sure if it will be a good option for me because it's a bit of a further commute that I would like, but that's my only concern. I lost the business card of the person who gave me a tour, so I may be spelling her name incorrectly, but Iriana was great. She answered all of my questions and painted a picture of a strong community. Even more compelling though, is that while I waited I spoke to a resident who has lived there for over 10 years and she raved about how much she loved it. She didn't have a single negative thing to say. She mentioned in the winter that all the residents will come out to help one another clean snow off their cars. I had trouble finding the leasing office and asked another resident for directions and she was friendly and helpful. The leasing office has a very positive vibe/culture and that can tell you a lot about a place. Bottom line - I don't live there, I haven't lived there, so I can't recommend living there, but I can HIGHLY recommend visiting and considering Rosemont Square as an option. It has a real community feel, which is very rare these days and would be a no-brainer for me if it was a bit closer to my work.

When it came time to move things in my apartment for them to redo the floor in my unit both Anthony and Shane from the leasing staff, were very helpful and moving the furniture where as I am in capable of doing so myself.
The flooring company that was hired to replace the floor, did a fabulous job in one day and moved the remaining large piece of furniture that was left. The whole Place was done themselves and put back to the best of their ability. All in all the experience was very well received I have no complaints.

Rosemont Square is one of the most pleasant and amazing place to explore.
My husband and I would like to thank you for your kindness and professionalism. We're so pleased, how quickl you handled all maintenance issues. The units are well kept. The quietness for sure.
All five stars are well deserved.
Uso, Sai and Shane as well as the maintenance crew. Of course I drove you guys insane lol.
You are extremely excellent, exceptional and patient.
Hands down to you guys.
Overall, Rosemont Square rocks.
