I have been living here for 3+ years. As an appreciation for the landlord I will leave this review to help other people find family suitable safe places to live. Over the 3 years any complaints were promptly addressed. Very easy to get in contact with the office and talk to leonard. He cares deeply about his property and does regular maintenance. The lawns are nice and maintained regularly. Snow gets shoveled. Tress get trimmed on a regular basis. Highly recommended for young couples, small families and old retirees

I have been here for the past 2 years, and its a great place to live. The rent is affordable, and the property is quiet, and secure at all times. My place had new appliances when I moved in. The owner and super take care of the property and upgrades are ongoing to maintain a pleasant setting to the property and the apartments. Tenants are friendly as well. If you are looking for a place to live, this is it.
