I’ve been having such an amazing experience here at Woodbridge! The staff is friendly and helpful. These reviews aren’t very fair to the team because they are outstanding!!! They keep the community clean and update us on what’s going on around the building and in town. You can’t blame lazy residents on them. Keep up the great work guys!

No place is perfect but at least the staff here try to make the best of the situation. Maintenance and Michael are always quick to respond and patient with questions. Sometimes they even checkin the same day. Leasing staff like Crystal are always friendly and try their best to handle things promptly. As to the other reviews, I do think the hallway carpet needs to be replaced (especially in the run to the train station).
Neighbors have been pretty friendly so far.
As to the negative reviews about quality, I can confirm quality of the build looks good but is not made to last. Not the management company’s fault but rather the builders and the state of the new rental industry it seems (e.g., network ports to rooms don’t work and you can hear people running in the halls). But that’s prefab modern construction I guess.

I moved to Modera in May 2023 and moved out in June 2024. The experience at Modera has been wonderful, everything is always quick, easy and smooth. Crystal and Nate are the best leasing staff I’ve ever seen, always being available when I needed. The maintenance staff is also the best, very quick to address and resolve any issue. Location is great, so close to the train station and close to stores on Main Street. Loved my experience at Modera!

There is no better place to live! The leasing staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure any possible problem is resolved, specially Crystal is the best of the best!
The town is also perfect, between the train station right outside the building and the Wegmans down the street there is also an incredible steakhouse and a brewery. There is also a great little cafe as well as a bunch of other restaurants and new stuff opening all the time which makes the town really fun to live in.
Definitely highly recommend if you’re an NYC commuter, the train into Penn Station is a direct express train that is 39 minutes. And during the commuter hours it runs every 15 minutes.
I truly cannot recommend this building enough, between the building and the town you’ll have everything you could possibly need, it’s a great place to live. :)

I’ve been living at Modera Woodbridge for two months now, and it’s been an absolutely fantastic experience! The apartments are beautifully designed, with large windows that bring in so much natural light and an open floor layout that makes the space feel airy and modern.
One of my favorite aspects is the gym—it’s well-equipped and makes it easy to stay on top of my fitness goals without leaving the building. The overall amenities are top-notch, and the community spaces are perfect for relaxing or socializing.
The management team has been wonderful, always responsive and friendly, making the move-in process smooth and the day-to-day experience stress-free. Plus, the location is convenient yet peaceful, offering the best of both worlds.
I highly recommend Modera Woodbridge to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained place to call home. It truly exceeds expectations!
