They use third party billing for water and trash. My 2bdrm cost $115 per month for water and trash. Four managers came and went in one year while I lived there. Oh yeah...BLACK MOLD!!..lots of it.

I've lived her for 16 years and we have been sold 5 times, 8 new managers. LOTS of black mold, new management refuses to issue leases and made us go month to month so we are not protected. Laundry rooms are always down.
