A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

Our location near Highway 470 makes it easy to escape into the mountains, explore Chatfield State Park or head into Downtown Denver. Applicant has the right to provide AMLI Management Company with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 60 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides AMLI Management Company with a PTSR, AMLI Management Company is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee AMLI Management Company to access or use the PTSR.

We love living here and all of the staff is the best. If you need anything, Brittany and Kayla are so happy to help and make you feel so welcomed. The maintenance guys are great and quick to fix any concerns. We also love the neighbor events they put on that allow us to get to know other people. We signed our lease without ever seeing the complex and we feel so lucky with how it turned out and how safe we feel in the location
