Great building and great management team. Enjoying my time as a resident (4 years+). The staff is very attentive and friendly. I enthusiastically recommend anyone looking to move to the Wrigleyville area, to have this residence at the top of your list!

I was lucky enough to call Addison and Clark home for the last four years! This building truly is such a great place to live! From the moment we moved in the front desk staff, maintenance guys, leasing office, and residence were so welcoming and kind and that is still true today. I’ve never come across an apartment building that comes together like this building does. You can be as involved as you want, but if you are looking for things to do and people to meet this building makes that so easy to do! I have made some of my best friends living in this building. I am going to miss the great amenities this building offers, the fun neighborhood, and the amazing people who live and work in the building! I can’t recommend living at The Residences at Addison and Clark enough!
