I lived here from August 2019 to June 2020. It was the perfect place to live as a graduate student—quiet, quaint, and well-priced! Everything I needed was close by, along with a bus stop practically right outside of my door to take me to class. When I had to move out of Gainesville upon graduation, this was the first apartment I ever left feeling sad, instead of relieved. Maddy and her team are THE best around!
