My parents have lived at Mission Trails for 7.5 years and have nothing, but good things to say about the staff. Jessica, the manager, was so helpful, kind, and responsive to our needs. Mission Trails have gone through a few managers during their stay, but Jessica has been the best manager by far. Rita, the receptionist, was quick to respond to requests. Enrique and Daniel, the maintenance staff, were respectful of our space and fixed whatever issue they had. While my parents are excited for their new chapter, they will definitely miss Mission Trails.

I recently moved to the Mission Trails Apartments community and from the smooth leasing process to the very minor maintenance I've needed, it's been great! My leasing agent, Rita K was very helpful and shout out to Enrique V. for your quick maintenance help and your patience in answering all my questions!

The apartments are beautiful ( inside & out)
It's always clean, the maintenance guys are always there when you need them. The front office people have been helpful and nice since day one!
I have not had any problems since I've been here.

I lived here now one year and going on my second lease Regina is excellent and superb very helpful, on point. Joe property manager is approaching and genuine.
Only issue I've had and my concern is the capabilities of the maintenance department. Water leaks are out of control and some of the leaks in which I have experienced and heard about were failures in that department.
My advice to management and the owners are to exam that area.
With that being said, if your looking for fair rent, upkeep in retrospect of some bad maintenance individuals is a 5 star. The staff out shines it's failures. I'm signing on another year with a great property.

I called to ask about your availability & Natasha was so helpful. She was knowledgeable & informative & her voice is welcoming-she didn’t talk fast. It’s nice that I didn’t have to hear a recording, since not many apt properties don’t answer their phone. Her customer service is impeccable!

Reposting this from my Yelp review because the team here needs to be told more often how incredible they are. If they’re not paid above market rate for their positions, payroll needs to wake up immediately and find it in the books, y’all have talent here. Given how hard they work, you can’t afford not to pay them more, it’s not possible y’all comprehend the value you’ve got at Mission Trails Apartments.
To say that the Maintenance Supervisor Enrique Villasenor has this place under his wing would be putting it far too lightly. Though he and Daniel are often stretched undeservedly thin, their adaptability, perseverance, and outright talent for customer service has kept them as a beacon here. Enrique, Daniel, and Rita speak to you like family, and treat you like it as well.
There’s just no way they are paid enough for the level of excellence they offer to the residents at Mission Trails. Pay them more before somebody else does, there’s some obvious learned skill here.
Enrique, Daniel, and Rita are like the guardian angels of these buildings, especially given all the nonsense they’re tasked with handling.

I have been in this community for 6 years now and I'm lucky to have such great and happy staff. I feel at home here. They're so approachable and take care of any issues I have in my unit. I would recommend others or friends to join us here. I feel safe and so convenient to stores, parks, schools, churches, and close to medical needs around in this area. Love the place!!!

I love living here. I have been here for about 1 month. All of the staff is amazing. I needed doorknobs changed because my two year old kept trying to escape, and there were no safety locks for the doorknobs they had. He had the deadbolt figured out in a second. Within an hour someone was at my apartment changing the door knobs. The view from the place is amazing. The pool area is well kept up and has a great relaxing view of the mountain. Plus the gym has everything you need. Finally, the rec room is a really nice addition to be able to rent out. Regina is the person I have probably worked with the most and she is always making herself available and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable.
The whole team is great though! On Easter they organized an Easter egg hunt for the kids. This was a great way to get all the kids together. My son absolutely loved it! It was his first egg hunt, and he loved it! :)
