I came to tour their 2bd 2ba floor plan and was amazed!!! I didn’t have to wait, the leasing agent Meriah was kind and very knowledgeable. The floor plan was very spacious and their prices are very responsible! I most definitely would recommend to anyone one who’s looking for a comfortable yet luxury place to stay at affordable price!

I’ve been living at Novu for about a year and a half. I got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon, 20 mins after the leasing office opened. I didn’t know what to do, or who to call as I’m from out of state and all my family is far away. My friends in HTX are far from where I was. I went in the leasing office not sure what to ask but hoping someone would be able to help somehow. The employee on duty, Meriah, asked me to show her where my car was and came out. To my surprise she already knew how to change a tire, and not only helped my situation by getting my spare on, but also taught me during the process so I’ll know in the future if I’m ever in a situation like that again with no one to help or no AAA to call. She definitely gave “going above and beyond” in customer service a new definition to me! I’ll always remember her and that situation as a significant moment for me and am very grateful. Not many leasing offices would offer their own help- there’s many other people who would have brushed me off not knowing my situation and left me alone to figure it out or told me the generic “call someone” type of answer. It showed me a lot about her character as not only an employee but a person. Much respect! Thank you Meriah! You made a situation that could have been a lot worse, a lot better and more manageable for me. I appreciate you!

I've been living at Novu for 4 months so far and I have been extremely happy with the property, management and office staff. The layout of the complex is nice and spread out. All of the amenity areas are always very well maintained which makes it very inviting! Overall, my stay here has been nothing short of wonderful, thanks in large part to the incredible team behind the scenes. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone in search of a comfortable, convenient and truly exceptional living experience.

While visiting multiple apartments in the area, we decided to stop by Novu New Forest. We were immediately greeted by Hailey upon walking in. Hailey was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and provided us all the information we needed to help us with our decision making. She gave us a tour of the property and all of the amenities. This property checked all the boxes: nice pool, updated gym, and modern apartment floor plans and finishes. The location is also great, and is a quick drive to downtown Houston. We visited other properties, but found that this one had everything we wanted, and for a competitive price. Submitting the rental and lease applications were fast, and simple, which was great since I don’t currently live in Houston. So far, everything is been a smooth process, and I look forward to moving in soon!

Me and my partner have been searching in the area for apartments and when this one popped up we got very excited. We drove up and were just so ready to see what it had to offer and Wendy was there more than happy to help us. She answered all of the questions we had and made sure we were taken care of. Our experience was great because of her! Definitely would recommend!
