Moving in was such an easy and quick process ! Natalie was very helpful through the whole process ! Grounds in phase 2 are pretty clean with the occasional trash which is to be expected but maintenance is always on top of it ! We did have spiders when we moved in just because of how long our apartment was vacant, but we were able to get ride of them within a week (they are house spiders not lethal) pest control can spray your apartments on Wednesdays ! I haven’t seen any roaches like other comments are saying but pest control still came and set up gel traps in cabinets in the whole entire complex, they are on top of it if you do. Getting rid of roaches is a two way street. You have to keep the apartment clean especially the bathroom and kitchen . Our apartment is really spacious and having the sunroom for our baby is really nice if you can’t afford the two bed ! I haven’t had a problem with crime at all! Maintenance responds fairly quickly to requests ! The only really problem we have is with the dumpster some people don’t like to throw it in and will leave it beside the trash can so then other people will think it’s full but maintenance fills it up and has a big trash can behind the dumpster in case it does get full where they put the extra trash. Parking is usually pretty good, there is designated guest parking sometimes guest do not follow it but most of the time there are plenty of spaces !

I am so excited that we are getting ready to move here. Natalie and Alejandra were amazing. Natalie is the leasing agent that has been working with us so diligently and communicating with us. ( I know we worked her nerves.) My sister and I are getting ready to move there in a few weeks. We had encountered a problem, which Alejandra communicated this with us and even spoke to the manager on our behalf. We are so grateful that he allowed us to take care of the issue, so that we can get approved. I haven't seen the actual apartment we are moving into yet, but keep hearing how cute it is and how spacious they are. I'm excited for the days to come.
