I was originally going to give this a 1 Star Review. Why? Well, I started renting from Atlas Management in 2020 and it started off well, and into a hellish experience. The constant "managers" rotating out, poor upkeep of property, horrible communication with tenants, and use of threatening lawyer language to intimidate residents. That all came to a HALT when Kimberly signed on as a Property Manager, and she SAVED my experience. Kimberly came to the property not too long ago and has been a God-Send to the community. She effectively communicates with tenants, she sets up property events for the community and is SWIFT to remedy any and all issues I had when it came to maintenance and even the arduous move out process. I cannot speak more HIGHLY about her professionalism, candor, and most of all, being a PERSON, and HUMAN BEING to me and my family and NOT treating us like a number or just another tenant. She truly cares for the community he serves and Atlas Management is LUCKY to have her there. Kimberly, you are awesome in every way, and I truly appreciate everything you have been for the community and everything you have done for us to ensure we were setup. I am NOT a fan of Atlas Management, but I am a true fan of Kimberly and what she brings to the table. 5 Stars for HER ALWAYS!!!! KEEP KILLING IT!! WE ARE ROOTING FOR YOU!!!

Lived there for a year and it was the worst living experienced I’ve had. Cockroaches in my unit and constant issues with rent and a lot more. Would not want anyone to go through what I had to.
