I have lived here for just over 3 months now, and it's so great how well this place is ran and managed. The management staff has been so accommodating for myself and my recent moving situation, I cannot say enough good things about this place. Yesterday, I was getting home from work around 4:00 or 4:15pm and the Manager (Chris) was outside after work weeding so the sidewalks and area around her office would look better. Chris is such an awesome manager and she shows a very sincere initiative to make this place function well and look great! I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an apartment.

I been living at the orchards for almost 10 years and it’s been a great experience plus there’s a lot of wonderful people here and the first manager I knew she was a sweet heart with me when I was a kid and the one right now she’s really nice and always on top of things she’s great and hard working.
