Welcome to Timberview Estates. Each home has two bedrooms, including a large master with two double closets for ample storage. As well as, a spare bedroom with a one double closet. Every bedroom has carpeting for extra comfort. Resident's also enjoy the comfort of our quaint neighborhood location. Our kitchens have great storage, a large window, and are open to your dining and living room, creating a spacious open floor plan. All floorplans include one large bathroom. With an extended vanity, with abundant lighting and storage.

I have been so impressed with my dealings with Timberview Estates so far! We are moving in soon, so although we have not lived on site quite yet, we are very excited to move in! Allison the manager has been an amazing resource for us, she has been extremely patient and kind with my long list of crazy questions and ignorance in many areas of renting. They have also addressed some concerns I had quickly and with desirable compromises! The unit was as described and beautiful. The property seems very clean and friendly and I feel safe moving there with my children. I am very excited to be joining the community here. **We've now lived here for a bit and my first review stands. I love living here.

Don't let the pictures fool you. This place used to be well managed when SMI had it. We lived there for 10 years, and after 6 years, it changed management three times. This last property management company was the worst, Princeton. I didn't think things could get worse after Kelsey Burghardt, but they did. Their office staff is incredibly unprofessional. They will say one thing, and then do another. They jacked up everyone's rent, and forced us all to keep our garbage cans in our garages. They hire weird contractors with unsavory business practices. So glad we moved out of there.
