I didn’t have an appointment, but Ms. Chantel was so kind and made accommodations to give me a tour. She was very considerate and knowledgeable about the apartment itself. Clear directions and good observational skills about the apartment itself.
I’m using today to go around to look at apartments, but this def made my top list!

I want to thank Heather Pedersen for being such a helpful and considerate property manager. It has been a pleasure for me to reside in Hampton Center Apartments, and I will miss it a lot! Hampton Center Apartments is a wonderful place to live. I sincerely believe that I couldn't have had a better first apartment living experience than I had thanks to your prompt and courteous reaction to my issues.

If you’re looking for a great place to live and a property manager who is very attentive to your needs , this is the place to live.
Heather is an awesome Property Manager along with the staff and maintenance team.
It has always been a great experience living here. I always say if the head is good, everything underneath will be great. And because Heather P. is the property manager, everything runs smoothly.

Hampton Center Apartments is a good place to live. They are on point with your needs and any concerns. I love the staff here at Hampton Center. They are the best from the office staff (Heather, Chantel and Tori) to maintenance (Sean, Mike and Irvin). Any repairs that need to be taken care of they have been on it. I don’t have any problems with anything here. Thank you, Hampton Center Apartments for everything❤️❤️.

I have lived at this community for almost 5 years and I just love it. The office staff is very friendly, the complex is always clean and maintained, maintenance is on top of their game. It is great living here. Any time I have had a problem, it is always resolved in 1 or 2 days, and they always keep you informed on what's going on. Heather, the property manager, is always so friendly and nice. I would give this property 10 stars if I could!!

This is my first 5-star rating/review for living here. We’ve lived here for over 2 years and will be here for another year. The space you get for the price is top-tier. The location remains great, our noisy upstairs neighbors have moved out thankfully and the new tenants are a lot less noisy. It’s been great. Heather is an absolute dream of a human being. Out of everything, the space, the location, the price, it’s Heather who had made living here a wonderfully positive experience.
