This property was built over 100 yrs ago & has been well maintained by Mercury Property Management, Shunk St, Philadelphia. They've gone out of their way to incorporate many upgrades, while maintaining it's historic charm. The original marble staircase is just one example. Each tenant has their own heating and electric appliances, including private water heaters for every unit. The building is secured with 24/7 video surveillance, which can be monitored by the team remotely. Visitors can be screened by a controlled entry system, which connects immediately to the tenants phone. The units have ceiling fans in each room, and the faucets, windows (recessed Bay-Windows), electric switches & appliances aren't the standard "contractor grade" - the least expensive. These amenities are upgraded, which adds to your quality of life. Payments are easily made through their online portal, or may be placed in the on-site dropbox or mailed. Everyone is treated with respect, from questions about your lease to maintenance requests, which are quickly handled. The 6 story building has ramp access & an elevator for those with specific requirements. Everything from food to furniture shopping is within walking distance. And the area is in a historic district, surrounded by thousands of acres of public parks, which offer different levels of trails & even horseback riding. Morris Manor Apartments is located in the historic Rittenhouse area of Germantown, Philadelphia. It's surrounded by beautiful parks with trails for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, jogging, golfing and baseball fields. The area has all your shopping needs within walking distance. The Morris Manor Apartment building, managed by Mercury Real Estate is also an historic landmark built in 1910 along with the railroad, accessable nearby. There's also a bus stop at front of the building for your convenience.. Morris Manor remains its charm, but also boasts modern amenities well maintained by management. It's wheelchair accessible and still has the original marble staircase. Maintenance concerns are expertly handled by competent subcontractors led by the building's superintendent. The building has security cameras that are monitored and a controlled access entry intercom. Off-street parking allows for additional safety and convenience. The faucets, bathroom fixtures, kitchen and ceiling fans in each room aren't contractor, but high grade, allowing for a higher standard of living. High grade surprisingly does not mean high price. Each unit has oversized, double glazed bay windows that allow for a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Professional grade flooring throughout the building is both attractive and easily maintained. Mercury's management's friendly and readily available by phone, online portal, email or in person. The building is prewired for high speed internet for your entertainment and security concerns. Central fire detection is wired directly to emergency medical services and the local fire department. Each apartment has paneled doors, high grade appliances and outlets. Overall, the building is well planned and maintained by Mercury Real Estate. It's a must-see, along with many other properties they manage. 😄
