It's surrounded by beautiful parks with trails for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, jogging, golfing and baseball fields. The area has all your shopping needs within walking distance. The Morris Manor Apartment building, managed by Mercury Real Estate is also an historic landmark built in 1910 along with the railroad, accessable nearby. There's also a bus stop at front of the building for your convenience.. Morris Manor remains its charm, but also boasts modern amenities well maintained by management. It's wheelchair accessible and still has the original marble staircase. Maintenance concerns are expertly handled by competent subcontractors led by the building's superintendent. The building has security cameras that are monitored and a controlled access entry intercom. Off-street parking allows for additional safety and convenience. The faucets, bathroom fixtures, kitchen and ceiling fans in each room aren't contractor, but high grade, allowing for a higher standard of living. High grade surprisingly does not mean high price. Each unit has oversized, double glazed bay windows that allow for a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Professional grade flooring throughout the building is both attractive and easily maintained. Mercury's management's friendly and readily available by phone, online portal, email or in person.
