My wife and I have lived at SOLL for the last four years, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We love our apartment, the neighborhood, and the complex's amenities. Hosting friends in the community room, playing pool, and relaxing on the rooftop deck by the pool and hot tub have been highlights. During the winter, we make great use of the fitness facility and the Starbucks machine in the lobby. Since a new management group took over in 2023, we’ve been impressed by their communication and commitment to maintaining high-quality common areas. Our apartment has spacious bedrooms and an open common space, which we really appreciate. The Internet service is also excellent, costing $65 a month for a gig. If you're looking for a new apartment in Des Moines, do yourself a favor and take a tour of the SOLL complex. You won't be disappointed.

The space and amenities are amazing! In the summer, using the rooftop pool, hot tub, grill, and fire pit has been awesome! The lobby area is warm and inviting, and having a gym in the building has been great. The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and I love having a cute little balcony! The building is quiet, and the people are super nice and friendly. It’s located in a great neighborhood, with lots to do in the area and so many great restaurants near by. The staff has been super friendly and all around amazing! They’re timely at answering questions and responding to requests.
