I was nervous about living here in the beginning Bc they had no reviews but I’m so surprised at how organized and responsive they are. When you submit a request through the portal, the maintenance people show up no later than 2 days later. One time, I submitted a maintenance request and they showed up 15 mins later. They also always have little events with free food or free movie showings in the park and they’re so fun to attend - me and my bf watched Uncharted with free popcorn in the shipyard park and it was great! Not to mention the gym is super nice (if you’re into working out) and also you can access any of the apartment buildings amenities that are owned by this company…like if our pool is too crowded we just go to the Sovereign pool. Please take note though that many residences have kids, so the pool in the summer is extremely loud and it’s difficult to find a chair at all on the weekends unless you get there before 10:15am. Obvi the kids are having fun but man they make me never wanna have any kids of my own!! Overall great management and so happy living here!
