I lived at the Quinn for about 2.5 years and I have had zero complaints during my entire time there. I moved out strictly based on wanting to live in a different location, otherwise I would be living here for as long as I rent. The property manager Blaise & her staff were always super friendly and helpful if there was anything I ever needed. The Quinn has their own maintenance crew (not like other apt companies where a crew bounces between a few complexes) and they are very helpful, handy and are always around. The amenities are awesome as well and the whole complex is always kept clean. Not once did I feel unsafe in or around the building, you feel like you're in your own community. Street parking is free & plentiful if you have guests over. The apt is also very dog friendly. I moved into the building in the midst of the covid pandemic & they handled everything pretty well and there were no issues. Compared to literally every other apartment within a 5 to 10 mile radius, the Quinn is probably the best bang for your buck. One negative is that there is a machine factory about 500 feet away, and sometimes (roughly less than 20 nights out of the year) they work through third shift so their loud machine stomping can be heard from your apartment. It never affected my daily life but if you're a really light sleeper, just don't get a unit on the West side of the building (I lived on the West side, pretty close to this factory). You can see other reviews here complaining about this but it truly isn't that big of a deal - you can blame the city of Columbus for letting someone build an apartment here! All in all, the pros heavily outweigh the cons and I could not recommend a better place to live whether you're fresh out of school, have a small family or are new to town. 10 out 10, would live in again!

I have been living at The Quinn for about a year and a half, and it is by far the best apartment I've lived in! The staff, both management and maintenance, are always extremely helpful and very quick to respond. The rooms are spacious and modern, the amenities are wonderful (like the $50 WIFI & cable package through spectrum), and all aspects are the building are very well kept and clean. I would highly recommend living here if you're looking for a place in Grandview - it's the perfect location!
