Your best life is waiting for you on the water. Here at Cass Lake Shore Club, we offer a selection of one and two bedroom apartments for rent in Waterford MI with stunning views of Cass Lake. Our location, near M-59, Telegraph Rd., and Pontiac Trail, delivers private lake living with access to nearby shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and more. This pet-friendly apartment complex in Waterford comes with convenient on-site amenities designed to make life easier. In addition to being surrounded by lush green landscaping and picturesque views of the lake, residents of Cass Lake Shore Club Apartments in Waterford enjoy exclusive access to a soon-to-be renovated community clubhouse, an outdoor pool with sundeck, 24-hour emergency maintenance, a fitness center, and laundry facilities located within each building. Each of our Waterford apartments for rent also contains an intercom to easily host friends and family. Each household is responsible for the utilities.
