Our leasing agent was Angel & he went above & beyond on covering every little detail along with answering all the questions I had in person (so many),emails & returning phone calls.I am very glad we had someone so nice & patient ,We had a very good experience & it sold us on the idea of moving here. We move in October , we hope to continue the great experience once we move in.

I'm surprised at the negativity. We started with a 15 month lease and extended it for 3 months. We HAD to move due to our health and to move in with our daughter or we would still be there. We are 70. The last 4 years, we lived in 3 different complexes within a few miles, Northern Cross by far is the best. The manager Joseph has done a fine job to keep and make us satisfied, along with his assistant Christina. The office staff has always been Profesional and we always tried to work with Nicole who is a super person.! Anytime we had a maintenance issue it was taken care of timely and professionally. We thought they were a great group of men. As with anything, it's hard to say it's perfect, but have to give them a 5. We worked hard trying to be a good tenant, and we feel they worked hard to be a good provider. Our two neighbors and us worked to take care of and watch out for each other. Moving in, we found the place clean, and that's how we left it and got a FULL refund of our deposit. We recommend this facility over and above it's competition.
