Not the greatest experience living in this property. all the property managers seemed disconnected and never paid attention to any maintenance requests in the past 2 years. Giving 5 starts because it seems like with Patrick's arrival as the manager , things are looking to head towards the right direction as he cares about the residents at Royal York.

I've been living here for 2years now. The first year didn't go well at all but after Patrick arrived a lot of things changed very quickly. He has demonstrated that he really care about his tenants concerns. I want to thank him for making it more comfortable for me
