Nice and comfortable looking! I haven't moved in yet but Crystal was helpful throughout the process and very open with communication! I'll try to keep my review updated as I get ready for my first year lease! ☆☆☆☆☆

I need to take the time to appreciate and give kudos to Leasing Agent, Jocelyn Fuentes! From the start of my boyfriend and I's interest in the property she was always knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We specifically ran into an administrative issue about two weeks before our move-in date and I was in shambles and flustered. Jocelyn took it upon herself to rectify the issue by inviting us to the property to discuss a resolution to the problem. Jocelyn answered all of our questions and worked closely with us and the property manager to fix the issue and make sure that we were comfortable with moving into our new home. When it came time for us to receive our keys, she surprised us with cute coffee mugs with our initials on it with chocolates inside that she sat on our countertop! Talk about above and beyond! Jocelyn's professionalism, welcoming attitude and beautiful personality sold my boyfriend and myself on moving into the building. We've lived here now for a little over a month and we have nothing but good things to say. Loving our new apartment home at Palette. Thank you, Jocelyn!
