This was my first time moving out and I’ve been here for 4 years. Unfortunately couldn’t resign but literally the best living experience I could’ve asked for. The amenities are awesome but what made it surpass all my expectations are the people that work here. They actually care and I know sometimes people can get down but if you have any questions and you are unsure, ask!! I honestly feel bad for not fully getting to know each and every one of the leasing agents and mangers and the maintenance staff as well. I will like to give a personal thank you to Carolyn Grimm. Thank you guys so much.

I have only been here for a little over a week and of course I’m the new resident here at San Brisa’s Apartments. Everything I have asked for to be adjusted or fixed to my preference has been taken care of the maintenance supervisor himself Pedro and Patrick has been very amazing they went above and beyond for me. He came in to the apartment putting on the shoe booties so my floor does not get dirty. The service is excellent as provided by this Francis Management Team. I feel very happy to have received this type of service.This is a beautiful property and these guys here give you the best !! It’s 2nd to none. San Brisas is the place you want to experience. I am not from Texas originally I lived in NY for over 20 years then moved to Texas . I have seen all and this is one of the best properties because of the management style. Francis properties you Rock !!! Miss Caroline and the entire team you all are Amazing !!!
