Nice granite kitchen counters. Kitchen looks great. Great new oak hardwood floors. Basement bike storage and clean laundry room. Extra storage available. Cats are okay. Sorry no dogs. I care about the spaces I have created and high attention to was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. Building has great and respectful tenants. Conveniently located near main bus lines and pink line EL stop at Ashland. Also, Spoke and Bird Bakehouse, located right next door. I am looking for the right tenant to occupy this nice space. Extra storage available.
