Adore my new home! The apartment is beautiful, safe, and secure but the location is the best. I live close enough to walk to work with my bike and car securely stored in the parking ramp. I live above a coffee shop, a healthy food store, and a fitness studio. I can ride my bike to Prairie Roots and Hornbachers is less than 2 miles away. The YMCA, Island Park, and my favorite clothing store, Voxxy, are all within a few minutes’ walk. Brian and Logan, the property managers, have been great to work with. Looking forward to a great summer downtown!

I've been a resident at RoCo for over a year, having relocated from a much larger city. It's a great location in the middle of downtown Fargo's business district, but it still feels intimate and quiet amidst the city bustle. The units are modern. Rent is affordable (especially considering utilities are included). This is the place to be if you're looking to be part of the growing downtown community (and, if you love good coffee and food just steps away).

Great apartments located in the heart of downtown Fargo! A block away from Broadway square and next to some of the best shops in the area. Centric Management offers above and beyond customer service!

i will have lived in roberts commons for almost a year & i’ve had so many positive experiences with the space, location & staff that i just have to jump on here & say something! the space itself is so cute, cozy & accommodating, the level of security is taken very seriously & it is so comforting especially the lock app that logs all of your entries, maintenance is timely, kind & professional, any questions or concerns i’ve had were taken seriously & addressed in a caring & timely manner, the management team is absolutely incredible, everything has been 10/10 & i highly recommend! hands down my favorite place i’ve ever lived!

Lived there for quite a bit, lovely apartments, quiet neighbors, good location 👌 Screening process was super fast and easy and I got my deposit back in timely manner - highly recommended !
Gorgeous apartments. Staff was very considerate of my schedule when inspections needed to be and were prompt in helping me out with any minor issues I had.
Unsafe, Unresponsive, and Overpriced – Rent Here at Your Own Risk
Unfortunately, the experience has been far from what we expected, especially considering the premium rent of over $2000 a month.
From the beginning, we’ve faced significant safety concerns. The building is open to the public, and we regularly encounter homeless individuals sleeping in our hallways and stairwells. There have been multiple break-ins in the mailroom with mail and packages stolen, and cars in the parking garage have had tires slashed. It’s unsettling to come home to this every day, and the management, Centric, does little to address these issues, despite them directly affecting the residents.
Additionally, the fire alarms are frequently pulled at all hours of the night, forcing us to stand outside in the freezing cold—this is North Dakota, where winters get brutal. It’s not just inconvenient, it’s unsafe. Yet, Centric brushes it off and takes no responsibility for preventing this from happening again.
Downtown Fargo has also become unsafe, with regular police and fire department activity, people passed out on the curb from overdoses, and verbal harassment from individuals on the streets whenever we leave the building. Some of these same people smoke in our hallways, and even though there are cameras, nothing is ever done about it.
To add to the frustration, when we decided to move out, the property manager, Blake, was unprofessional and unresponsive, delaying communication to facilitate a conversation with a supervisor to work out a solution. It's been over a week and Katie, the supervisor has yet to return my phone call.
I don’t usually write reviews, but if you’re considering living here, I urge you to think twice. The combination of safety issues, lack of management support, and the general state of downtown makes this a place I cannot recommend, especially at this price point.
