I have lived at Lake Broadway Townhomes for several years now and could not be happier! Management/maintenance is always friendly and responsive to any issues (although I have had very few issues in all the time I've been here!) They provide excellent communication when they need to enter your unit or when they are doing maintenance or other work on the property. The units are well-maintained, and the pricing can't be beat. I have great neighbors, many who have also lived here for many years. The location is wonderful with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I would encourage anyone looking for a place to live in Columbia to check them out; you will not be disappointed! Thank you for making this a great place to live!

I’ve lived here for about a year and half now and I really enjoy it! Whenever I have an issue (which isn’t often) the maintenance guy usually shows up the same day, management is communicative and friendly, I love going to the pool on my days off in the summer, the neighbors are friendly. It’s just an overall really good place to stay in Columbia. When not talking about actually renting, it’s close to downtown, shopping centers, grocery stores. Good area, decent pricing for everything you get! Definitely recommended.
