Each home includes a gourmet kitchen with a frost-free refrigerator, a stainless steel sink, and a small pantry. Some of the kitchens are even outfitted with black appliances. All of the homes have spacious bedrooms with large closets and bright windows and a spacious patio or balcony with views of the surrounding community amenities.

Very happy resident! 🤩 Clean, quiet, gated, safe, central, close to Addison shopping and restaurants. Great school district From day one, touring the property, to living here for the last 9 months, I have been very happy and pleased with the Noel staff. Autumn greeted me with enthusiasm, she was straight forward and professional. In addition, she was patient and supported me above and beyond, because I was in a crunch to find a safe home. The maintenance man, Alfredo, is also kind and professional. But he is quick to respond to any needed repairs. Honestly I'm impressed with them.
