Been living here about 4 years. they’re always great about fixing things and trying to compensate if they can’t do it super quickly. The staff is amazing (laid back and down to earth). It’s SAFE! It’s 20 minutes from everything in the metro area. Come here if you want nice neighbors who mind their business. Laura, the property manager, is very charismatic and always open to conversation. They organize community events around the pool and they have 2 dog parks. My dog is a husky/pit mix and she enjoys letting her energy out at the park and the community isn’t afraid of her. Very convenient place to live too. There’s grocery stores, both local and franchise, within 2 miles away, which means you can send your kids to the store safely or grab something quickly if you forgot an ingredient or need supplies. It’s multicultural and a safe haven from ignorance. This is the real Nashville. It’s close to Geodis (soccer stadium); and this side of town has the best gas prices in Nashville. Not far from Vanderbilt and the shopping center either. You’re literally on the cusp of south and East Nashville. Best of both worlds.

I drove all the way down from Massachusetts and I walk right into the office and offered loads of candy, an apartment upgrade and some nice furniture cant ask for a smoother move! Thanks to John and Laura! John gave a great lease experience as well as tell me what is great around town and Laura is such a bubbly bright woman!
