I moved into the Merrill House with my family a few weeks ago and it has definitely exceeded my expectations. The building is old and has its quirks, but our apartment spacious (the closets are amazing), the management is friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't be better. We walk to shops and out to eat. I take the kids to the pool everyday. We play on the big lawn out front. Really happy!
